Combat PRS+ – HIPEC system.
Combat PRS+ (Peritoneal Recirculation System + Agitation) delivers hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) during cytoreductive surgery for peritoneal carcinomatosis. It is the only HIPEC system with automatic CO2 agitation, which distributes the drug and the heat evenly across the abdominal cavity and peritoneal surfaces. Combat PRS+ is compatible with all HIPEC techniques, so surgeons can choose the most suitable approach for each patient. Clinical applications include peritoneal disease of colorectal, ovarian and pancreatic origin.

Combat BRS – HIVEC®️ system.
Combat BRS (Bladder Recirculation System) delivers HIVEC®️ hyperthermic intravesical chemotherapy with mitomycin C for non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). The system keeps the bladder temperature within strict limits, for effective chemo-hyperthermia with good patient tolerance. More than 350 systems are installed worldwide, and more than 100,000 HIVEC®️ treatments have been performed. HIVEC®️ is currently in the HIVEC HEAT Phase III trial for FDA registration, as a bladder-sparing alternative to radical cystectomy.
